I’ve always found myself drawn to a different kinds of creative work— I strive to live a life that revolves around the human body, mind, and spirit. My journey led me to become a licensed massage therapist when I was 21, I fell in love with yoga and did a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica a few years later and when I turned 31 I decided I wanted to expand my skill set and i went back to school to become a licensed esthetician. I have a thirst for knowledge and I seek to always be learning and growing. Blending my passion for aesthetics with the healing power of touch and movement i want to share this information with my clients and people on the human journey. Through my work, I’ve come to understand the profound interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Bodywork and skincare are more than just luxuries; they are essential practices that restore balance, encourage self-care, and help us feel more at home in our own skin.
